Woolly hair nevus is a rare condition in which curly hair such as that seen in blacks is seen in white people. Epidermal nevus is seen ipsilaterally in half of the patients. There are many skin findings associated with epidermal nevus. Association with palmoplantar hyperkeratosis is very rare in the literature. We report a rare case of epidermal nevus associated with palmoplantar hyperkeratosis and wolly hair nevus. Keywords: Nevus, hyperkeratosis palmaris et plantarisTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2004, 24:557-561
