The Various Surgical Tecniques In Pilonidal Sinus

In this study the results of various surgical techniques in pilonidal sinüs treatment is searched.
Of 82 patients, 19 were (%23.3) left open after excision, 19 (%23.1) were excised and closed primarily, and 44 (%53.8) were excised and a Limberg flep was rotated and these patients were followed for 18 wanths.
In conclusion accordingto the hospital stay, cast effectiviness, return to normal daily activities and recurrence, Limberg flep was found to be the most appopriate technique.
