We performed percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) successfully to proximal parts of left subclavian arterries (SCA) of patients who are suffering from both subclavian steal syndrome and upper extremity cladication. Semptoms and signs relieved and there was no complication that attributable to the procedure. Although the follow-up is going on and it is insufficient to conclude with only 2 cases, in the light of the current literature we can advise PTA for the treatment of significant SCA stenosis.
