BehÇet’s Disease Occuring With Bilateralpulmonary Artery Aneurysm

Behçet’s disease is a chronic vasculitis, affecting many organs. Pulmonary involvement is rare in Behçet’s disease, approximately1-5% of the patients. Pulmonary aneurysm is one of the rare complications of the disease and aneurysms can be evi-dent by haemoptysis. In this article, we report a case of a young male with pulmonary artery aneurysm due to Behçet’s disease, which had been demonstrated radiologically by dynamic computed tomographic scan and digital substraction angiography. After treatment with prednisolone and cyclophosphamide, the patient recovered completely in a short period of time.
