Nowadays, injuries of penis, that is one of the most important male sex character, is seen so frequently. But these catastrophies are usually caused by secondary people. In our case, skin necrosis of penis was caused by the patient himself by string on his penis root occuring fistula soon after is presented with late follow-up.
