Sydenham?s Chorea

Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) is stil one of the important cause of morbidity anormality in the developing countries, although its incidence is decreased world-wide. Cardiac involvement is the most important fact. Sydenham?s chorea is major diagnostic symptom of ARF, it is the most common finding next to migratory polyarthritis and carditis. It occurs sometimes independent from the other symptoms as ?pure? chorea. To make the diagnosis of ARF becomes difficult in these conditions. Our case is a 25 years old male who shows atypically presentation.
