Effect Of Ketotifen On Skin Prick Tests

The aim of the study was to examine the effect of a four-week ketotifen treatment ofn skin tests, and how long it persists. According to the result of double-blind randomized study ketotifen suppressed the skin responsiveness increasingly for 4 weeks. After the drug had discontinued, this suppression decreased and disappeared in the 7th day.
