İntihar Girişiminde Bulunanlarda Serum Kolesterol Düzeyleri

Primary prevention trials which have claimed that the lowering of serum cholesterol concentrations in young-aged and middle-aged subjects by diet, drugs or both leads to decrease in coronary heart disease have also reported an increase suicide or violence. In our study we found that plasma cholesterol levels of the patient group were significantly decreased compared to cholesterol levels of control group (p<0.001).
