Genuine stres incontinence that is usually diagnosed in obese and multipar women is one of the most common problems in elderly women. The surgical treatment is focused on the endoscopic bladder neck suspensions, because of its safety cost effectivity and less morbidity. The surgical procedure that can be choosen in total and recurrent incontinence is controversial.
