The motor, sensory and mixed nevre conduction in 14 patients with tarsal syndrome were evaluated electroneurophysiologically and were compared with the healthy individuals. Almost every patients one or more neurophysiologic parameter abnormality had been shown and compared with healthy leg. Sensory nevre conduction abrormalities were always seen with mixed nevre conduction abnormalities. It was suggested that sensory action potentials are less sensitive but more spesific for tarsal tunnel syndrome.
