Pulmonary Eosinophilic Granuloma

Eosinophilic granuloma is one of three systemic diseases which are characterised with unknown etiology and immun mononuclear cells and abnormal proliferation of Langerhans cells. The other two diseases are Letterer Siwe and Hand Schuller Christian. All of them are grouped as histiositosis X. Recently Hance et all. Suggested Langerhans cell granulomatosis terminology instead of Histiosis X. Pulmonary granuloma is termed as Langerhans cell granulomatosis.
We report a case of eosinophilic granuloma who showed regression without therapy.
