Patients applied with the complaints of malaise, weight loss and frank pain, without hematuria or the classical triad of renal cell carcinoma (hematuria, abdominal mass, frank pain) between November 1994-January 1995 to our clinic. They had the diagnosis of renal carcinoma. To emphasize the importance and value of USG in early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma we are publishing this article.
