A Case Of Spinal Dysraphism Associated With Nevus Pilosisand Capillary Hemangioma

**Doç.Dr., Ankara Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Dermatoloji Kliniği, ANKARA Purpose: Cutaneous lesions of spinal dysraphism are nevus pilozis, pigmented macula, vascular nevus, sacral lipoma, sacral dimple or sinus. The lesions are usually seen alone while few patients have a combination of them. Case Report: Here in, we reported a rare case of nevus pilozis in asssociation with capillary hemangioma.Conclusion: Early diagnosis is essential as it makes early treatment of neurological deficits possible. Cutaneous signs of spinal dysraphism must be recognized because they may be helpful in early diagnosis of this anomaly.Keywords: Spinal Dysraphism, Nevus, Hemangioma, CapillaryTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2003, 23:227-229
