Klinefelter syndrome is with an extra X chromosome of male karyotype and the most common form is 47, XXY. It is the most common cause of hypogonadism and infertility in males. Although cleft lip and palate are common abnormalities in population, Klinefelter syndrome and additional cleft lip and palate were not reported in the literature.Here we present two cases of Klinefelter syndrome with karyotye analysis of 47, XXY and discussed about genetic conselling of these gene mutations and chromosomal anomalies.Keywords: Cleft lip, Cleft palate, Klinefelter syndrome, Genetic counselingTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2002, 22:297-300
