Apart from lentigines, there may exist skeletal and neuropschiatric disorders. Case Report: A 12-year-old boy visited our clinic with persistant spots located on his face. Psychiatric and dental pathologies were also found. The patient refused psyciatric therapies. Sunblockers and topical emolients were advised. Conclusion: Neuropsychiatric changes, absence of xyphoid process, umblical hernia, spina bifida and lumbal hypertrichosis may also found in centrofacial lentiginosis. Although it is a rare disorder, centrofacial lentiginosis should be kept in mind in patients with facial lentigines. Keywords: Lentiginosis, NeuropsychologyTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2003, 23:154-155
