Bullous Herniation Of The Lung

The first case of the lung herniation was described in 1847 and fever than 300 cases have been reported until now. These cases generally had been observed herniation of parenchyma after trauma. In the first case, there is a bullous herniation, cause of iatrogenic trauma on the anterior chest wall. In the other one, after blunt thoracic trauma, pseudocyst is hernia to the cervical area. Before now, we didn't find any similar case in the literature therefore and for emphasizing rare complication of a tube thoracostomy, we want to report these cases.Keywords: Thoracostomy, Chest Tubes, Blister, LungTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2002, 22:80-81
