However multiple from is usually accompanied by a syndrome. In this report a patient with multiple facial Basal Cell Carcinoma without an accompaning syndrome is presented. Case Report: A 76 year old male patient with 11 basal cell carcinoma localised to the facial region is presented. The lesions were cruted, with ulcerated basis and circumfertially telangiectatic. All the lesions were excised under general anestesia 7 skin grafts, and one paramedian frontal flap were used for reconstruction. The rest were closed primarly. The patient had no additional anomaly (Mandibular cyst, palmar and plantar pitting, bifid costa, ectopic calcification of the dura, mental retardation...) Also there was no history of onset of the lesions in younger age and positive family history. Thus this case does not fit into any of the sendromes seen with basal cell carcinoma (Gorlin’s syndrome, Basex syndrome). Keywords: Carcinoma, Basal CellTurkiye Klinikleri J Med Sci 2002, 22:409-412
