The Relation Of Histological Grades And Agnor Means Inprimary Breast Tumors

In this study; histological grading was made in total 30 mastectomy cases, diagnosed as infiltrative ductal carcinoma, which consisted of 26 cases with metastatic lymph nodes and 4 cases with no metastatic lymph nodes. And, the AgNOR teachnique were applied in this cases.
Assesing aspect of the AgNOR mean, which was fixed according to the histological grades of primary tumors, significant statistically difference was found in between each three grades (P<0.05, x2=7.006).
In conclusion; using this data, the AgNOR technique was important in the clinicopathology of primary breast cancers.
