Mounier-kuhn Syndrome:a Case Report (tracheobronchomegaly)

Tracheobronchomegaly is characterized by generalized abnormal dilatation of the trachea and major bronchi. Most patients have developed recurrent pulmonary infections, changes of destructive bronchiectasis and obstructive airway disease, often eventuating in respiratory failure.
A case of tracheobronchomegaly with recurrent pulmonary infections is reported as it is a rare condition.Keywords: Mounier-Kuhn Syndrome,
