A Nonhodkgin Lymphoma Case Presented With Uric Acid Nephropathy And Testicular Involvement (case Report)

Extranodal (e.g., bony, testicular) involvement are common in patients with NHL as in this case. However, seldom presentation with findings such as hyperuricemia, urate nephropathy and acute renal failure which are compatible with acute spontaneous tumor lysis syndrome may cause to postpone of diagnosis and treatment in patients with NHL. Good responses and curative results can be obtained by chemotherapy, so this case is found to be interesting to report.Keywords: NHL, Testicular involvement,
