Low socioeconomical level, frequent abortions and pregnancies may affect mother's health and nutrition in developing countries. Maternal hypoproteinemia and anemia may be associated with hydrops fetalis. Systematic approach and invasive techniques are necessary to demonstrate the cause of nonimmun hydrops fetalis despite the solution of the problem appears simple. We report a case of nonimmun hydrops fetalis which had resulted deficient development of multiple internal organs of fetus related to frequent pregnancies and malnutrition of the mother.Keywords: Nonimmun hydrops fetalis,
