Surgical Management Of Breast Carcinoma

Breast carcinoma is the most frequently detected malign tumor in women. Surgery is the base approach in the management of these tumors. There are various operations in the surgical treatment of breast carcinoma. At the moment, radical mastectomy, modified radical mastectomy and conservative breast operations is performed for breast carcinoma.
