Leukonychia Totalis In Two Siblings

Congenital leukonychia totalis is rare condition of the nails, with an autosomal dominant inheritance. A brother and a sister offspring of unaffected parents were found to have leukonychia totalis. The male patient also had angulations of the fingers. This condition has previously not been reported. We reported two members of a family with congenital leukonychia totalis. Association of leukonychia totalis and systemic disease was also emphasized on light of the literature.Keywords: Congenital leukonychia, Angulations of the fingers,
