Diagnostic And Therapeutic Delays In Neurosurgical Patients;report Of Three Patients

Depending upon the developments in microneurosurgery and understanding of the pathophysiology of the neurologic disorders increased the life quality of the patients. Distrubution of the neurosurgeons recently all over the country also made contribution to the early diagnosis of the disorders and decreased morbidity and mortality. But because of different causes including social and economic factors some delays may occur in diagnosis and treatment of the disorders. In this report we have discussed three cases which were handled by clinics other than neurosurgery and a occurrence of delay in diagnosis meanwhile.Keywords: Brain tumor, Hypophyseal adenoma,
